If you haven’t yet seen Bridesmaids, what are you waiting for?
A few weeks back, we hosted a Bridesmaids screening party. Due to a nasty cold I had, followed by some nasty weather we saw here in NYC, many of our moms were unable to attend. However, a handful of us DID get together for our “Bachelorette Party” to see the movie at my house, and WHAT A HOOT! I needed to laugh like that… BRIDESMAIDS is just too funny! I am a huge Mike and Molly fan, so I especially enjoyed watching Melissa McCarthy!
Then, during our Cupcake Social event a few days later, we gave out some BRIDESMAIDS prizes… we got our moms talking about the movie — some of them had seen it as well and everyone who has seen it LOVED it. We gave out some BRIDESMAIDS giveaways… a t-shirt, a tank top, a bottle of vino (and the owner of Breakin Boundaries, where we hosted our Cupcake Social) was THRILLED when she was our random winner!
